About Jeff
A native of Louisiana and professional photographer turn writer/director/producer. Jeff has over 15 years of experience in the film industry. Jeff has worked on projects for the Syfy channel, BET, TV One, Silverlining entertainment, MTV, ALLBLK & the U.S. Army.
With a keen eye for framing the perfect shot & a creative mind for storytelling, the transition from still photography to motion picture has come naturally.
Jeff was recently recognized by the city of Houston for his contributions to the Arts & Film.
In 2020 Jeff's documentary The Next "8" Seconds was selected as an Award winning documentary. Jeff is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.

"The Next 8 Seconds" chronicles the life and career of Neil Holmes, an African American bull rider, as he talks about his journey from childhood struggles to college graduate turned professional bull rider. Facing adversity, racial discrimination as well as countless life and death experiences, Neil becomes one of the best professional bull riders in a sport traditionally known for white riders.
